TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All orders must be given in writing quoting order number.

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT.

Our terms are strictly net 30 days from invoice date.

Goods cannot be despatched where a customers account is overdue.

No returns will be accepted without our return authorisation reference.

Garments which have been embroidered or screen printed cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Carriage charge , at cost price, on all orders.

Orders valued at less than £250 are subject to a small order charge plus postage and packing charges.

We reserve the title to our goods until full payment is received by ourselves.

Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us within seen days to enable us to make a claim against our carriers.

Goods ordered by customers incorrectly (size / colour etc.) cannot be exchanged as all garments are manufactured to the instructions supplied by the customer.

Genuine faulty goods will be replaced or credited, all faulty items must be returned.

We will endeavour to hold the prices within any price list, but reserve the right to change prices in accordance with market conditions.

Special orders are non-returnable.

All discrepancies must be reported in writing or fax or email within seven days of receipt of goods.
