TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All orders must be given in writing quoting an order number.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Our terms are strictly net 30 days from invoice date.

Goods cannot be despatched when a customer account is overdue.

Returns will not be accepted without our authorisation reference.

Garments which have been embroidered or printed cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Carriage will be charged on all orders, unless under contract agreement.

Small orders may be subject to a surcharge.

We reserve the title to our goods until full payment is received.

Any shortages, discrepancies or faulty items must be notified within seven days of receipt of goods.

Genuine faulty goods will be replaced or credited. All faulty items must be returned.

Goods ordered incorrectly by customers (size, colour, design etc) cannot be exchanged.

We endeavour to hold our prices, but reserve the right to change prices in accordance with market conditions

Pro-forma payment may be required with new accounts : Cheques / Bacs.
